The personnel of UEC-STAR JSC is a key factor in the
development of the enterprise, so special attention is paid to
both the professional and personal growth of employees, as well
as to the creation of safe and comfortable working conditions.
For the adaptation of newly hired employees, the company has a Provision on Mentoring, which regulates the procedure for "entering" the profession. For young workers and young specialists, there are relevant provisions that allow not only to adapt in the workplace and in the team, but also provide for career development, advanced training, and material support.
Every year, more than a thousand employees of the enterprise undergo targeted training and advanced training courses, including at the request of managers and on the basis of the Regulation on the organization of targeted training of personnel at the expense of the enterprise – training in higher and secondary vocational educational institutions is paid. The company also holds professional skill competitions, which allow the best employees to deservedly increase their level of wages.
In accordance with the collective agreement, the social
package of an employee of an enterprise includes:
- registration under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, paid vacation, sick leave, pension contributions;
- subsidized meals in the company’s canteens;
- free medical care in the preventive department on the territory of the enterprise.
The Department of Social Programs organizes sports and cultural events in accordance with the annual plans, including a tourist rally-festival, a athletics relay race, a beauty contest "Miss STAR" and other events.
